SW Quality Improvement Survey closing shortly – Make sure you have had your say!
The SW AHSN, in support of the Q initiative, has been contacting people across the South West who are currently interested in and working on improvement activities and projects at all levels.
Through a short survey we are seeking to understand and identify the current levels of expertise and experience, and how best we can connect and share these with one another. We also hope to capture priority development areas to accelerate improvement capabilities in the future.
The survey will close on 01 June, so make sure you complete yours.
The new Q initiative aims to build capacity and capability for improvement at all points across the NHS, with the intent of delivering better and safer care for patients and the public. Q is led by the Health Foundation, and supported and co-funded by NHS England.
Q is a growing community of quality practitioners from all areas of work, including patient facing staff, managers, researchers, policy makers, and patient leaders. Q will provide a powerful voice for improvement within the health and care system, and provide new opportunities for innovating and spreading improvement across boundaries.
