National AHSN Stakeholder Survey Concludes

On Friday 16 September, the national AHSN Stakeholder Survey, conducted independently by YouGov has concluded. The SW AHSN has been overwhelmed by the number of respondents from across the South West region. At the close of the survey, the final completed survey tally stood at 149 which is up 104 from the number of completed surveys submitted in 2015, an increase of 231%. We would like to extend a massive thank you to all people who gave their precious time to help assess the relevance of our current portfolio of services and inform the AHSN future activities. Your input is truly appreciated.

We were also really pleased to see the breadth of participants, with responses coming in from academia, NHS personnel, voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises as well as the private sector. It is this breadth of response which we hope will give us a really accurate picture of the perceived impact the SW AHSN is having on the health and care system in the region. It will also guide us on the future emphasis of activities.

Now that the survey has closed, YouGov will be preparing analytical reports of the survey findings at a local AHSN level and compiled at a national level. The reports are expected to be released early in October. Once available we will be posting the local analytics on reports page of the SW AHSN website whilst the national results will be featured on the national AHSN Network website
