Deadline Extended: Poster Submissions for the SW AHSN ‘Sharing Best Practice’ Conference

The deadline for SW AHSN ‘Sharing Best Practice Conference’ delegates to submit posters to present has been extended to Friday 28 October. The event will be taking place on Wednesday 30 November from 09:00-16:30 at Exeter Racecourse.

The posters, which will be presented on baffle boards in the refreshment area of the conference will give delegates the opportunity to share the good work they are doing in their organisations. Delegates will vote on the poster they found most useful. First prize is a £100 Amazon gift card and second prize is a £50 gift card, both presented by Dr Phil Hammond at the end of the day.

We have already had so many great submissions so thank you to those delegates who have sent abstracts/posters through. To simplify the process we are now offering delegates the option to submit a finished poster instead of an abstract beforehand.

Posters are to be created no bigger than B1 (70.7 x 100cm) and can be in following formats; photograph of your poster, a PDF, or if already written, the abstract itself  (this will only be used to check that the topic is suitable). Posters will be accepted on a first come first served basis, with all selected posters receiving a certificate confirming they presented at the conference.

The conference is now fully subscribed which means your poster will potentially be seen by over 200 people. Please note that the Market Space is now full and we are expecting at least 16 stands. If you would still like to showcase your work then a poster would allow you to do this still. If you require a small table in front of the baffle boards for extra leaflets, please email events@swahsn.com.
