EPIC End of Year Conference

OVERVIEW

Creative England invites you to their showcase conference to celebrate the University of Plymouth-led EPIC project and to explore the future of eHealth in Cornwall and the South West.

Creative England teamed up with the University of Plymouth and partners to deliver EPIC, a three-year collaborative project to improve the use of technology in health and social care in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The project is partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with additional financial support from the South West Academic Health Science Network.

PROGRAMME

During this full day event, we will showcase the innovations created by the EPIC cohort and feature a series of exciting panel discussions with industry leaders from the eHealth and wellbeing sector. We will be covering topics such as people first technology, eHealth opportunities and challenges – including how Trusts will capitalise on emerging health tech and cutting-edge research – and collaborative practice and emerging opportunities within the eHealth industry. We will also reflect on the EPIC programme, the impact it has made to the region and the impact and ambitions for the future.

This will be the perfect opportunity to network with some amazing businesses and build ecosystem opportunities, all in the idyllic setting of the Eden Project.
