This webinar will focus on how evaluation can help you measure the impact of your innovation to establish whether it is producing the intended results.

During the session, which will be led by Dr Kelly Pickard-Smith, Programme Manager for Innovation at the South West AHSN, you will discover what makes an effective evaluation and the steps involved.

Develop a better understanding of how evaluation supports the generation of evidence-informed impact. Once you apply this approach to your own innovation, you will be able make informed decisions about:

• Where improvements can be made
• Whether your innovation has the potential to be procured and commissioned by an Integrated Care Board (ICB)
