Are you intrigued or excited by the opportunities and complexities of improvement culture within health and care?
Join ‘Improvement for the Curious’ – an online facilitated gathering run by South West AHSN, providing a safe space to explore new ideas with others keen to develop their improvement practice in a fun and light-hearted way.
We’ll be learning from each other’s experience of using quality improvement in an evening of skill sharing and development.
Discussion topics for this session include: What makes a ‘safe space’? How do we create spaces to develop trust and enable collaboration? and How do we talk about ‘failure’?
