PINCER Training Sessions – Exeter

OVERVIEW

As part of the 2018 licence, AHSNs agreed to contribute to the roll out and adoption nationally of locally identified innovations including PINCER.

PINCER training for pharmacists, GPs, practices managers and other appropriate attendees will be delivered using an Action Learning Set (ALS) approach based on three half day sessions led by a member of the PINCER team:

PROGRAMME

Session 1: An introduction to PINCER and how it works in practice

Delivered via WebEx

• Wednesday 5th June, 2pm-3pm or
• Monday 10th June, 1pm-2pm

Session 2: Reviewing the outputs of the National PINCER indicators

Half day, face to face sessions, attendees required at one of the following:

• Thursday 4 July

9am-12pm, SW AHSN, Vantage Point, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5FD or

1.30pm-4.30pm, SW AHSN, Vantage Point, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5FD

Session 3: Reviewing progress, problem solving and lessons learnt

Half day, face to face sessions, attendees required at one of the following:

• Thursday, July or August TBC

9am-12pm SW AHSN, Vantage Point, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5FD or
