QNI/NHSE Personalised Care Workshop in Exeter

OVERVIEW

The QNI is working with the Personalised Care Group in NHS England to exclusively support Queen’s Nurses to become local champions for personalised care.

The aim is to:

  • Build on awareness of  the current national approach to personalised care and how this can be applied by QNs in practice;
  • Share knowledge, experience and challenges in championing and delivering personalised care;
  • Support QNs to make a pledge and to spread awareness and adoption of Personalised Care in their area;
  • Establish a virtual network of QN Personalised Care Champions in each region.

This will be led by Michelle Mello, National Clinical Lead, Personalised Care Group, NHS England and by Dr Crystal Oldman CBE, QNI Chief Executive.

PROGRAMME

The event will be interactive and include practical workshops, covering a range of personalised care subjects including social prescribing, health coaching, patient activation and personal health budgets.

You can view the agenda here.

REGISTRATION

You can register online now.

Places are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

This is a unique partnership between the QNI and NHSE, and even though this event is FREE to attend, there is a significant charge per head so please only book your place if you are certain to attend.
