Request your place at SWAIH

What is SWAIH?

With the release of the Goldacre Review in April 2022 and £13.5m funding offered to support development of regional Trusted Research Environments (TREs) the event will provide an important and timely forum to better understand and debate recent developments and also share knowledge and expertise from across the region.

What will SWAIH do?

Organised by PenARC, with a representative Steering Group from across the region, partners include Health Data Research UK, the Association of Professional Healthcare AnalystsARC WestARC Wessex and the South West Academic Health Science Network. SWAIH will provide analysts, infrastructure leads, decision makers, training specialists and researchers from across the region an opportunity to listen to expert speakers in the field of health data research, discuss and share current best practice from the sector and network with peers from across the South-West.

SWAIH will encourage participants to consider how the region can respond collectively, to develop shared plans that will improve the efficiency and impact of research and maximise benefits for patients.
