South West Care Home Network

This event will provide opportunities to hear from Care Homes and experts in Adult & Social Care about improvements to the way we work.

We are delighted to announce that the sixth South West Care Homes Network event will take place (virtually) on 1st December 2022 and you are all invited to join us as we share and learn from peers and partners from across the South West.

This event will provide a platform for learning and sharing ideas for improving the range of services that care homes provide. We aim to bring together care home managers, staff, leaders, CCGs, local authorities and experts from across the sector to look at improvements, examples of good practice and interventions that will support and develop care homes. This event will focus on work taking place in the South West (Devon, Cornwall and Somerset).

The South West Care Home Network will be hosting events four times a year, focusing on the improvement and safety outcomes of work in care homes by promoting collaboration, co-production of new procedures in high-quality care in managing deterioration and medicine safety in line with the National Patient Safety Programme.

Anyone with an interest in this field is welcome!
