South West Care Home Network

The South West Care Home Network Event takes place four times a year and is an opportunity to hear from care homes and experts in Adult & Social Care about managing deterioration in residents. 

These sessions provide a platform for learning and sharing ideas for improving the range of services that care homes provide. The aim is to bring together care home managers and staff, healthcare leaders, ICS, local authorities and experts from across the sector to look at improvements, examples of good practice and interventions that will support and develop care homes. 

The focus is on promoting collaboration and co-production of new procedures in high-quality care to manage deterioration and support medicine safety in line with the National Patient Safety Programme.
