The problem
Our innovation supports women through their fourth trimester/postnatal period.
The digital course, which includes over 8 hours of expert led workshops gives parents the vital knowledge, tools and support that they need. The video content can be watched at any time of day or night from anywhere on any device.
We feel that the information and support that our innovation provides addresses the problem that women are not being supported post birth. Postnatal depression affects more than 1 in 10 women and birthing people, and we feel that this would alleviate postnatal depression in turn reduce midwife/GP appointments and referrals to extremely overstretched mental health services.
