Help build a digitally ready workforce

All NHS staff are invited to help shape plans for a digitally ready workforce – a key strategy for the NHS.

An online workshop is available for three weeks to ask how the Digitally Ready Workforce programme should prioritise and invest £6m over the next four years.

It is targeted at everyone who goes online in the NHS; nurses, allied health professionals, administrators – as well as those whose main role is handling information.

The online survey asks what help and support staff need to:

  • improve the impact of their digital expertise, and
  • improve the digital expertise of others more broadly.

Register here: www.digitalready.clevertogether.com. The project is led by Health Education England, NHS England and NHS Digital.
