Our Leadership Exchange Programme offers those in operational and strategic roles from the NHS, industry, voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors an opportunity to spend a day with an organisation in another sector to explore new approaches to the challenges you may be experiencing.

Taking part in the scheme will help participants to ask questions and obtain information which would otherwise be difficult to collect through conventional methods of research and inquiry.

Using our wide network of local and regional contacts the SW AHSN will ‘match-make’ people based on their particular areas of interest and you will get the opportunity to listen to and debate with experienced professionals and consider how their innovative approaches may be applied to your own organisational challenges.
