Third Round of IHI courses delivered

We recently held our third round of the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Patient Safety Officer (PSO) training for NHS frontline staff in our region.

The training was delivered in Exeter by the Boston based IHI team and from 16-20 May 2016.  The five-day residential course  gave successful applicants the opportunity to learn from world leading experts in healthcare alongside their senior leaders, who were  invited to support them on the first and last day of the training.

Places worth £6,500 each were funded by the South West Academic Health Science Network with the only expenditure for organisations being the cost of their participants’ travel and accommodation at the venue.
