Evaluation and learning details

Using our experience evaluating improvements and testing innovation to support partners to evaluate the impact of changes and capture learning.

Change must be evaluated to check it is achieving its intended impacts and outcomes, especially in fast-moving situations.

We have specialist expertise with an exceptional track record in the evaluation of healthcare programmes, service delivery and new innovations.

We actively support people and organisations to evaluate impact and to generate learning, and we provide support for national and regional programme evaluation.

Actionable insights

Evaluation needs to result in action to deliver improvement. We share knowledge and provide actionable insights to inform improvements and spread innovative practice.

In response to shifting needs, we use rapid cycle learning to measure and evaluate in specific fast-moving situations. This draws out timely insights to inform service design and improvement.

Ongoing impact and spread

We support our partners to translate innovation into positive ongoing impact for our health and care system.  Our approach is collaborative, blending our evaluation expertise with the expertise of those delivering services and innovations.

Our expertise in measuring change and sharing learning to evaluate innovations is vital in bringing people together and enabling innovation spread.

Bespoke workshops and presentations

The Evaluation and Learning team are actively engaged on a regular basis delivering workshops and presentations to groups so that we might share our knowledge and experience with others looking to learn more about evaluation approaches. We are able to deliver bespoke workshops and presentations on a wide range of topics.

If you have an evaluation project in mind that you are looking to progress or you are interested in arranging bespoke training for your organisation, please contact Lynnette Chapman.
